Novum ethos. The answer is definitely not. Steve will continue to
push back the boundaries in sourcing the best and most interesting
wines in the world. Check out this selection of Greek, Indian and
Japanese wines for a taste of what he’s up to! His personal
selection of very individual wines perfectly complements the more
classically designed list of Hallgarten Druitt wines, put togheter
by our Master of Wine, Beverly Tabbron.
